Always a good atmosphere, tasty original food, good range of drinks - draught, bottled and cocktails, friendly helpful staff. Also a. Family friendly with good children's menu and activities table for the kids. I'm not sure there's much more you could ask for!
I've had several poor experiences in a row here now. The food almost always comes out cold, often is not exactly what was ordered, and it once took almost an hour to arrive as well as being cold and wrong. The staff seem relatively friendly but I get the impression that they also don't care about any of the issues they have, and staff numbers seem low for how many they can seat. If it wasn't for the food menu on offer at the Lounges it would be a one star review. I'd also like to mention that I've had some good experiences there in the past but just not in the last year or so. The last two times I've been I just haven't bothered mentioning the problems to staff because it feels like absolutely nothing would be done with it. I won't be going back.
Good venue. We got there between Christmas and New year, every year for breakfast and it's always nice food with good service. Appreciate it serves other purposes as well however we enjoy it for the reasons we go there.
As with all the Lounges we've visited this is a great place to have a drink and a bite to eat. We ordered the Avocado Vegan Brunch and a coffee. Food was delicious and the coffee was good. The place was very busy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
All day cafe bistro. Nice and cozy environment with terrace area when the weather allows. Good selection of beers and beverages. The good quality of food is another important fact which allows the five star rating. Try the all day lounger breakfast. Definitely one of the best options in Market Harborough for breakfast.
