Friendly staff, modern facilities that are cleaned regularly. Good variety of machines, and not too busy considering it isn't particularly large.
Friendly and non-intimidating staff for an infrequent gym visitor. Surprisingly spacious and when visiting from 7-8 am or pm, I've not had to queue for a machine or weights. Classes don't seem overly appealing, but the facilities are the main thing and they're great. Plenty of parking and incredibly, I have never had to queue for a shower. Shower rooms are always clean and dried off, and I like that they're separate rooms and not a communal area.
