We were the only people there when we visited. Very friendly greeting but limited lunchtime menu for snack meals. Coffee good but small cup and could have been hotter. An interesting concept and may go back but lack a real incentive after first experience.

We had some delicious coffee and cake at the Canvas Cafe this morning. Despite it being chilly mid November, the cafe was bright, warm and toasty. There is plenty of space for prams and a fantastic wigwam with plenty of toys for the children to play with. The toilets are clean with nice changing tables. Unfortunately we aren't local, otherwise we would be back!
One to be avoided. Coffee was cold, had to be sent back. Requested the ham but there wasnt any available so had bacon as a substitute .The bacon was cold, fatty and undercooked. The crisps were soggy, and the coleslaw looked like it had seen better days. On the plus side they didn't charge us for the sandwich.
Ive been here twice now and have not been disappointed. The first time I went I had the beef cheeseburger which was delicious. The second time I had the portobello mushroom with halloumi burger. That was even better! As for the service I felt that the staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. I loved the tent which was cozy and warm along with the giant fairy lights. I love giant fairy lights! I will definitely be returning! Especially for the mushroom and halloumi burger.
