Aldwinckles is a lovely little tea room in a courtyard of Church St. It serves lovely food at great price. Well worth a visit!
Excellent food, service and toilets. I think the ' Ladies' is V imp . Theirs is excellent, the outside seats are just perfect.
Excellent standard of quality in the tea range, absolutely enjoyed my experience of refined taste the tea had.
It is very well laid and welcoming with a great selection of coffees plus a varied menu that has some fantastic specials.The staff are friendly, helpful and pleased to see everyone whether strangers or regulars
A friendly cafe nestling on Church St. Coffee excellent (especially in cafetieres). No meals but a good selection of snacks and cakes. Recently changed by the addition of a canopy over the courtyard (good) but also horrible plastic panels on the gates to Aldwinckles yard (definitely bad). Overall a good, cheap place in which to spend an hour's break from shopping.
