DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, not that you are even able to now that their site is down. I had the same experience as everyone else - ordered a few times before with no issues. My last order was place on March 20, which was also the day they charged my card. I would usually receive my orders in 2-3 weeks. I messaged them on April 14 and Beth let me know that it can take up to 30 working days to receive. On April 27, I emailed again and on April 29, Sarah replied "We can offer replacements but due to the low stock of this product it would be dispatched in 5-7 working days. Replacements are sent on a tracked 5-7 working days service." With those dates, I should have received the replacement order no later than May 21. I emailed last week demanding a refund, but have gotten no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and also filed a claim with PayPal.
Agreed with all of the above. Ordered formula in September 2014 and didn't have a problem. We did a second order of formula in April 2015 and still haven't seen it. We are going to call our credit card company and hope we get a refund.
I've had such a great experience with them for the past 7 months ordering formula for my son. I would place an order, it'd ship next day and I would have it in 2 weeks, sometimes 3. I have 13 boxes in limbo somewhere (about $300 worth) from 2 months ago. I emailed to inquire, they were very responsive and told me they were waiting on product and would ship last week when it was in. I have emailed 3 times since with no response and the website has been down for almost 2 weeks! I am about to dispute with my credit card company as well. I'm not sure what happened but they were so awesome at first and I referred them to many friends, who are all waiting on shipments as well.
Same thing here. We ordered once to verify it was a legitimate site. We received the first order so we ordered again on March 15. It is now almost 2 months and nothing has come in. Emails are not being answered and site appears to be down. I will calling them tomorrow to see if I can find out what happened.
I successfully made several orders for HIPP formula from this company and my daughter was doing very well on it. It would usually take about a month to come, so I would order the next batch every few weeks. My last three orders never came!! I have emailed and they responded once saying sorry for the delay and someone will contact me. Have still not heard after multiple tries. Now their website seems to be down completely... Do not order from this company!
