After several bad experiences with my hair I was nervous about getting my hair coloured. I decided to give Charlotte Frances salon to try after a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. The owner/stylist Charlotte really took the time to listen to what I wanted and understood what I had in mind. Charlotte is an extremely talented hairdresser who is very bubbly and very friendly and made my visit wonderful. Absolutely love my new colour and Im already excited to go back (2nd December in fact!!). Thank you to you and your wonderful team
