Ordered my furniture the beginning of October 2018 was told it would arrive mid November 2018. I had to contact the shop to find out when my order was being delivered to be told it wasn't arriving until the end of December 2018. It still never arrived so I had to contact shop again, it finally came mid January 2019. I understand orders can be late but I expect the company I order from to contact me and apologise. I was made to feel like I was harassing them asking where my furniture was. Lack of communication between the staff made it a very poor service. I have only given a 1 star rating as the furniture is ok.
Very good choice and value for money. Many items are the same in the high street stores but come under a different name and a lot cheaper.
Bought a Tetrad Constable Sofa and Dining Table set. Good price and quality. Recently delivered, furniture loft's own delivery and installation service is good.
We went to look at a few items of furniture and chose within 10mins of walking in the store. We were greeted by friendly staff offered a tea and coffee in China cups and saucers really nice touch and it was complimentary. Our items were in stock so we purchased and took them home on the day. Every item was packed beautifully protecting it from damage. Would highly recommend this place and a big thank you to Raj who was very customer friendly and served us with a smile.
Lovely stock but staff never said a word to me the whole time I was at the store there was 2 at first then 3 busy taking about what they were having from McDonald's for lunch. Was going to buy some of there products but decided to try and get them elsewhere as staff clearly not interested in greeting potential customers not alone asking if require help extremely disappointed.
