I'm totally neurotic about the dentist and my dentist here is so good at listening to me and explaining what he is doing. No unnecessary work! Great dental practice.
I recently registered at this practice after leaving my NHS dentist in the hope of saving a tooth....big mistake!!! I found the dental surgeon himself to be very professional and thorough and had total confidence in him, unfortunately I could not say the same for the receptionist. I fail to understand why someone would stifle a laugh twice whilst speaking to a patient who is in severe pain - totally unprofessional and out of order. They are more than happy to take your money just to tell you have an infection in your tooth which I already knew, but don't bother giving you anything at the time, but expect another 80 for you to go back for emergency antibiotics!!!
