Went there for carols and a warmon late night shopping we gad a lovely welcome by the churchwardenson the door and Rev Picersgill thank you all for a nice night
Beautiful inside and out. Nice, welcoming people here.
Disappointed to find out that this was not actually a temple dedicated to the Ancient Greek god of wine. Different spelling. Instead it was built to honour the Christian god of wine (and bread) Jesus, who could make the stuff out of water apparently. Wine served every Sunday. Water provided in a big stone bowl at the front.
Peaceful and beautiful. Nice and warm. Lit 3 candles for my nan, my friends mum and also my friends nan. Warm and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful visit . Nice to have the church open and able to freely walk and relax. Very much looking forward to being able to come back again. Posted a couple of pictures . Thank you .
