Harborough Autos fitted new brake pads to my Mini last July. 12 months later by brakes jammed on whilst driving on the motorway. I took my car to the closest garage who following an inspection of my car told me that my brakes had jammed on as the pads had prematurely worn through due to them being installed incorrectly. To remedy this issue I had to pay for new brake pads and discs.I contacted Harborough Autos to inform them that my pads had been fitted incorrectly by one one of their mechanics. They promised to come back to me but still after my chasing for a month I have had no reply or explaination as to how and why my brake pads could have been installed in this potentially dangerous way.Shoddy workmanship and apalling customer service. Steer clear.
